If after our appointment we agree that this is the best course of action for you, then yes, we will make you an offer to buy the property. However, depending on your circumstances selling the property may not be the best option. In this case we can offer other options such as renting your property.
Do you need to view the property before making an offer?
Sometimes we view the property before we make an offer. However, if the property is already advertised online we usually have enough information to make an offer on that basis.
How do you value the property?
We use sold prices of similar properties nearby, preferably in the last six months.
Are you cash buyers, or do you require a mortgage?
Depends on the property and how quickly we need exchange. We have access to both cash and mortgage options to suit your needs.
Do you charge any fees?
